This is the famous "snake" that was discovered many years ago by Spirit. Lots of posts and speculation about this but never an answer from NASA or JPL. On closer inspection It does appear to be a tool.
Without hands on inspection, the scientific community will NEVER admit to any civilization evidence other than that on Earth. Their existence depends on Government funding. The world governments depend on Religion to keep the population under control. Any admission of life elsewhere would weaken religions grip on the public and most governments agendas, effectively cutting off funding for the scientific community.
NASA found a very strange tool-like object on the red planet, but have no explanation fot it rather than "just a rock". But what's the difference with the 3.3 million year old stone tools that they found on Earth. Is it because there are no geologists on Mars to figure out what these things are ? Because if you compare the 3.3 million stone tools on Earth with the findings on Mars, then you either must be blind, or just ignoring it.
