Sure looks like a pipe resting on a buttress or support block to me.  You can even see the shadow cast on the support block below it.  I adjusted the brightness, contrast, and mid-tones ever so slightly to try and bring out a little more detail. It's similar to what Skipper found in report # 29> http://marsanomalyresearch.com/evidence-reports/2001/029/huge_nozzle.htm but without the spray shooting out.

And here is a similar find we made a while ago....WE NEED TO BE LOOKING CLOSELY AT CRATER RIMS !!!

Thanks Q for the link and TW for the closer look.

The anomaly highlighted in the last image I posted looks a lot like a very large duct complex.

I've stated before that I believe 'they' may be harvesting ice in areas like this and I am now sure something is going on. This area was monitored for avalanche activity so there are numerous images. I highlighed some of the anomalies further to the left in the 'Terraced City' post. I will keep looking to see if I can find more.

Looked at Your highlighted image..

Top image is your original image (highlighted) The bottom image has been treated. Theres are conjoining structures with ducting that follows through this whole complete view.. Ive been a bit lazy and whisked through a bit quick so areas still not dealt with. The resolution is pretty low (selective tampering) and the behavior of the black and white image points to it originally being a color image..

I am definitely of the opinion we need to be taking a closer look at crater rims where we can find MOC images that are clear.

Found some more anomalies in this one
