Alien Anomalies

The procedures I have implemented into the forum is not to censure freedom of expression but to protect the evidence we have already found.

Some of the methods being posted have been shown to be flawed and showing no new evidence, even using different filters we cannot dissect the different layers of the images provided by NASA and other agencies because they are just copies (and often poor ones at that).

We can adjust contrast saturation etc. to see more detail (inverting an image may highlight more), using these methods can show up tampering and cut through some  suffusion techniques,  there is software we can use to highlight and enhance an image, but we risk losing the perspective that drew us to the anomaly in the first place.

We have solid original evidence right in front of us where we can see the anomalies they show, and that same evidence should be reassessed and used to call the powers to order, but if we try using flawed enhanced evidence then our credibility will be gone before we have a foot in the door.

We have no objection to members showing different methods to enhance images, providing they do not add anything that does not belong to the original image.

That is twice you have accused me of censure both of which are untrue, and Chandre is quite right the new procedures where not aimed at you personally but at the forum as a whole (myself included).

We do advocate freedom of expression on the forum, but we do need to stay focussed on the evidence and not be distracted by what may or not be underneath the image until we have the raw data to prove it.

Hi guys, Do i detect invisible rumblings again.. If there is anyone unhappy with CERTAIN enhancements, come out of the shadows and say so. Its easy, its a forum. Discuss and debate the problem. I personally think there are maybe too many but an open discussion and debate will solve the problem. Hiding in whispers just AGAIN, leaves a bad feeling. Can you guys (ALL of YOU) openly discuss the matter without falling into a clash of egos? What is it with you guys? People are pushing their feelings in ways u or i may not like but oh Jesus dont give me the conspiracy possible grouping. Until you guys get the proof thats all we are. How can you make A science over what you dont understand? Theres a section called tamperings.. Lump all you dont like in there. For those whom SKULK in the shadows and are afraid to say anything, get up off you asses and join in or do you think youre above it? Ive seen guys here poor their hearts out and for what? to be told it aint in keeping with the faceless others.. Really, think about the problem and deal with it properly. professionally.. There are a few fantastic anomaly hunters whom were booted out over the last debacle only to be asked back! amd guess what, they didnt!.. Dont make the same mistake again.  Just move work to appropriate category or archive it after discussing with poster.   PM the poster about quality of post.. ALL admins including u Xenon should be doing that.  Chandre  is trying her best but she is just 1 person.

And for the users whom use this forum regularly I think you all are brave amazing people whom have taken on an impossible task. To ask those question not even the pseudo scientists want to answer, Dont give up, dont leave , dont lose your cool.

Ive been Defending Skipper, on the guest book, over a tiny bit of gloating. I respect all in this area. I hold no grudges. Why? cause no one has a dam clue whats going on. !! No one is better than anyone else.
