Very nicely spotted Iceman, there are definitely some structures visible in the images. I always love the MRO images and have been looking for an original of this area and could not find one. The traverse map tells you it's based on an MRO image and you have to imagine that image must be crystal cleat to have landed the Curiosity there, but I cannot find the actual image so this one will have to do. I am trying to find the area traversed between Sol 67 and Sol 97 to see if I can find the structures we are seeing from the Mastcam....
Martian Dust Storm, Nov. 18, 2012 This nearly global mosaic of observations made by the Mars Color Imager on NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on Nov. 18, 2012, shows a dust storm in Mars' southern hemisphere. Small white arrows outline the area where dust from the storm is apparent in the atmosphere.
Traces of intelligences; visible from the Reconnaissance Orbiter.
The picture shows more than "dust storm". there are clear signs of buildings throughout the area. Yellow arrows point out a few things. This is remarkable given the fact that we are dealing with a bit to bit handling in order to hide data.
